We’re getting asked a lot of questions, so we put the answers all in one place!

Q. What is the status of the 2020 NOS Energy Drink Knoxville Nationals presented by Casey’s?
A. The 60th running of the NOS Energy Drink Knoxville Nationals presented by Casey’s has been postponed until August 11-14, 2021.

Q. What do I do if I already have tickets to the 2020 event?
A. All tickets purchased for the 2020 Knoxville Nationals will be automatically rolled over to the 2021 event. If you prefer to forfeit your 2021 tickets and receive a refund, please call the ticket office at 641-842-5431.

Q. If I want to have my ticket rolled over to 2021, do I need to call the ticket office or do anything online?
A. No. Your tickets will automatically be rolled over and you will retain the same seats. New paper tickets will be issued in early 2021.

Q. If I roll over my tickets to 2021, will I keep my same seats?
A. Yes. Tickets that are rolled over will also keep the same seats.

Q. If I choose to refund my 2020 Knoxville Nationals tickets, can I purchase the same seats for 2021?
A. No. There is no guarantee that the same seats will be available in 2021.

Q. If my 2020 tickets are rolled over to 2021, can I just use the tickets I’ve already had mailed to me?
A. No. Tickets will be completely re-issued and mailed to ticket holders.

Q. I want to keep my tickets for the 2021 Knoxville Nationals, but can I change my seats?
A. No. Seats cannot be changed until tickets for the 2021 Knoxville Nationals go on sale. That date has not been decided yet.

Q. Can I purchase new or more tickets for the 2021 Knoxville Nationals now?
A. No. An “on sale” date for the 2021 Knoxville Nationals will be announced as soon as possible.

Q. Can I use my 2020 Knoxville Nationals tickets for the new World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series races that are going to be held this year?
A. No. Tickets for the 2020 Knoxville Nationals are not transferable to other events.

Q. How do I purchase tickets for the World of Outlaws event that is now being held August 13-15, 2020?
A. Tickets for the August 13-15, 2020 race are being sold by the World of Outlaws. Three-day ticket packages will go on sale Monday, July 6. If tickets remain, individual night sales will begin on Saturday, August 1. Tickets CANNOT be purchased through Knoxville Raceway.

Q. I have already purchased tickets for the Capitani Classic, will they transfer to the new date?
A. No. All tickets that have been purchased through Knoxville Raceway for the Capitani Classic have been refunded. New tickets will need to be purchased through the World of Outlaws.

Q. How do I change my camping reservations for the Knoxville Nationals.
A. If you have reservations at the race track or at the North Campgrounds during the dates of August 6-August 15, 2020 and need to modify your reservations, please call the ticket office to do so no later than July 15. If we are not notified of a change by July 15, we will consider that as a confirmation that your reservation has not changed for 2020.

Q. Are the My Place Hotels 360 Knoxville Nationals presented by Great Southern Bank still on?
A. Yes. The 360 Knoxville Nationals are still on as scheduled as of today.

Q. Is there a capacity limit for the 360 Knoxville Nationals?
A. Yes. Only 7,000 tickets will be sold per race night. Both the front and backstretch grandstands will be open.

Q. I purchased reserved seats for the 360 Knoxville Nationals, will I still have my same seats?
A. Unfortunately no. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we’ve had to change all seating to general admission seating. You will be refunded the difference in ticket prices and will be mailed new tickets. For more questions about this ticket change, please call the ticket office at 641-842-5431.

Q. Are the Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals still on?
A. Yes. The Late Model Nationals are still on as scheduled as of today.

Q. Is there a capacity limit for the Late Model Nationals?
A. Yes. Only 7,000 tickets will be sold per race night. Both the front and backstretch grandstands will be open.

Q. I purchased reserved seats for the Late Model Nationals, will I still have my same seats?
A. Unfortunately no. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we’ve had to change all seating to general admission seating. You will be refunded the difference in ticket prices and will be mailed new tickets. For more questions about this ticket change, please call the ticket office at 641-842-5431.
